ReferralsSourcing through employees
I designed a 0→1 referral product end to end, from the employer’s campaign tooling on web to the worker’s mobile referral flow.
Hire GoConfigurable activation flows , password protected
I designed a way for admins to build and manage their own opening activation flows, so they no longer had to ask engineers to hand-write prompts. It also made the flows something an AI agent could run on behalf of the recruiting team.
ChatbotRecruiting through conversation
I designed Sense’s first chatbot 0→1, from the recruiter’s setup flow to the candidate’s conversation, taking repetitive work off recruiters and giving candidates answers at any hour. Shipped in 6 months.
MessagingHiring through messaging
I rearchitected Sense Messaging across mobile and desktop after a design system pilot exposed foundational usability problems the old UI had been hiding. What began as a reskin became a rebuild for recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
Chatbot 2.0Smarter questions, cleaner data
I designed the evolution of Sense Chatbot around a preset question library: validated, ready-made questions like email or phone number that the bot already knew how to check. Recruiters built better conversations without guessing, and candidates stopped hitting dead ends on bad input.
Annotation ToolCollaborative annotation for clinical AI
I was the sole designer on the platform medical experts used to review and correct AI-extracted data from medical records: per-session versioning, an admin-built labeling system, and a faster annotation menu. Ciox Health acquired Medal 6 months after the work shipped.
